New’88 Station Manager, Ken Fate, kept the changes coming with a new master control (including CD players!) and the prospect of moving from 50 to 100 watts of “pure, unadulterated, frequency modulated power”. With over 60 volunteers kickin’ it with the tunes, KUOI was the station to listen to.
